Google has launched its new ‘Instant’ search technology. Google Instant displays a full page of search results even as users are still typing in what they’re looking for with no need to click, the company claims between two and five seconds can be saved for every internet search. The move comes with Google having to defend its market share from rivals Microsoft, Yahoo and Facebook. Launched in the US on Wednesday, Google Instant will find its way to the rest of the world in the coming days.
Faster Searches.
By predicting your search and showing results before you finish typing, Google Instant can save 2-5 seconds per search.

The top prediction is shown in grey text directly in the search box, so you can stop typing as soon as you see what you need.
Instant Results.
Until now, you had to type a full search term, hit enter, and hope for the right results. Now results appear instantly, helping you see where you’re headed, every step of the way.
